57 cervico-prostatic incisions have been performed, for prostatic hypertrophy in 56 cases and for dysuria without prostatic hypertrophy in one case. 36 patients underwent a mono-incision and 21 had a bi-incision. The operative technique is simple and the results are satisfactory. After 3 months, the dysuria was improved in 93.5% of cases and the pollakiuria was improved in 92.8% of cases. In 20 patients in whom the quality of ejaculation was defined prior to the operation, this persisted after the operation in 17 cases (85%); it was normal in 8 cases and diminished in 9 cases.
已进行了57例宫颈前列腺切口手术，其中56例为前列腺肥大，1例为无前列腺肥大的排尿困难。36例患者接受了单切口手术，21例接受了双切口手术。手术技术简单，效果满意。3个月后，93.5%的病例排尿困难得到改善，92.8%的病例尿频得到改善。在20例术前确定射精质量的患者中，术后17例（85%）保持不变；其中8例正常，9例有所下降。
