Abstract

In the discipline of prosthetic dentistry it is important not only to examine the occlusion, but to be able to record, store, and transfer the information. Over the years many occlusion testing materials have been used. It has been suggested the clinical recording and transfer of information using waxes and other occlusion recording materials have disadvantages relating to inaccuracy and problems of manipulation. Therefore, there has been introduction of many new systems for recording occlusion contacts to overcome such problems. The correct physiological recovery of occlusion posses as much a challenge as ever for every dentist and technician. Even the smallest high spots measuring just a few microns can cause dysfunctions like temporo-mandibular pain. Occlusal proportions are being constantly changed with every procedure. Therefore, an understanding of the synergy of the teeth in static and dynamic occlusion forms the basis of good dentistry. The purpose of this review article is to give and overview of the various materials and methods that have been used to record occlusal contact marks. 在口腔修复学领域,不仅要检查咬合情况,还必须能够记录、存储和传递相关信息。多年来,人们使用了许多咬合测试材料。有人提出,使用蜡和其他咬合记录材料进行临床记录和信息传递存在不准确和操作问题等缺点。因此,已经引入了许多用于记录咬合接触的新系统,以克服这些问题。对于每位牙医和技师而言,正确地从生理角度恢复咬合情况仍然一如既往地具有挑战性。即使是仅几微米的最小高点也可能导致诸如颞下颌疼痛等功能障碍。每次操作都会不断改变咬合比例。因此,了解牙齿在静态和动态咬合中的协同作用是优秀口腔治疗的基础。这篇综述文章的目的是概述用于记录咬合接触痕迹的各种材料和方法。关键词:咬合接触痕迹、咬合指示剂、咬合测试材料、咬合记录材料。
