Abstract
The paper reviews the forthcoming ICD-10 which is planned to replace ICD-9 in the early nineties. Out of the three sections provided for classifying disorders usually first evident in childhood the numbers F 90 to 99 "behavioral and emotional disorders specific to childhood and adolescence" and F 80 to 89 "developmental disorders" are discussed in detail.

本文回顾了即将出台的国际疾病分类第十版（ICD - 10），该版本计划在九十年代初取代国际疾病分类第九版（ICD - 9）。在为通常在儿童期首次显现的疾病分类所设的三个章节中，详细讨论了F90至99编码的“儿童和青少年特有的行为和情绪障碍”以及F80至89编码的“发育障碍”。
