Keeping a resident with psychiatric disorders in a nursing home is a major challenge for geriatric and psychiatric disciplines. In order to create a satisfactory organisation, the teams must come together and understand their mutual difficulties and priorities in order to construct a liaison psychogeriatrics project for the benefit of the resident.
