速效救心丸抗动脉粥样硬化作用及其机制研究

BACKGROUND
Suxiao Jiuxin Pill is composed of Ligusticum wallichii, Borneolum Syntheticum and other drugs; it has qi promoting and blood circulation activating, meridian dredging and pain relieving efficacies. The objective of this paper is to study the effect of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill (quick-acting heart reliever), in atherosclerosis (AS) rat model and explore the mechanism for its prevention and treatment of AS.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
AS rat model was established by high cholesterol diet and single intra-peritoneal injection of increased dose of vitamin D3.
RESULTS
Compared with the model group, Suxiao Jiuxin Pill medium-and high-dose groups and atorvastatin group can effectively regulate lipid metabolism.
CONCLUSION
We conclude that Suxiao Jiuxin Pill has a good hypo-lipidemic effect, and can inhibit the occurrence and development of AS.
背景
速效救心丸由川芎、冰片等药物组成；具有行气活血、通络止痛之功效。本文旨在研究速效救心丸对动脉粥样硬化（AS）大鼠模型的作用，并探讨其防治AS的机制。
材料与方法
采用高胆固醇饮食并单次腹腔注射大剂量维生素D3建立AS大鼠模型。
结果
与模型组相比，速效救心丸中、高剂量组及阿托伐他汀组能有效调节脂质代谢。
结论
我们得出结论，速效救心丸具有良好的降血脂作用，并能抑制AS的发生和发展。
