Abstract

Duplication of the portal vein is a rare congenital anomaly. We experienced a case of duplication of the portal vein associated with hepatic fat accumulation with sparing. Fat accumulation was seen in the central portion of the liver, which was supplied by the portal vein coursing upward to the porta hepatis (Portal Vein 2), and sparing of fatty liver was seen in the peripheral portion of the liver, which was supplied by the portal vein entering the liver inferiorly (Portal Vein 1).

摘要

门静脉重复是一种罕见的先天性异常。我们遇到一例门静脉重复伴肝脂肪蓄积但有脂肪 sparing 的病例。脂肪蓄积见于肝脏中央部分，由向上走行至肝门的门静脉（门静脉 2）供血，而肝脏周边部分未见脂肪肝，该部分由从下方进入肝脏的门静脉（门静脉 1）供血。
