[A simplified method of determining the aggregation and disaggregation of thrombocytes].

The authors have simplified the technique developed by Born (1962) and Howard (1973) for measuring the platelet aggregation and disaggregation. The method determines the platelet aggregation index, aggregation rate, platelet aggregation summary index, and platelet disaggregation index. The suggested procedure is informative, simple and available for any clinical diagnostic laboratory.
