[Preparation of an diagnostic antibody agent for detecting antigenemia in patients with brucellosis].

A method for the preparation of antibody diagnosticum intended for determining antigenemia degree in brucellosis by the aggregate hemagglutination test is suggested. The procedure involves affinity isolation of a purified fraction of antibodies to Brucella antigens. The suggested diagnosticum considerably improves the reliability of the results.
