Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To optimize the extraction process of Typhae Pollen from Tangwang Mixture.

METHODS

Using extraction rate and the content of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside as the evaluation indicator, the extraction ways of Typhae Pollen was determined by comparing water and alcohol extraction technology. Among the water extraction technology, investigated the effect of single extraction and mix extraction, and whether Typhae Pollen wrappes during extracting. Taking ethanol concentration, the amount of solvent and extraction time as investigate factors, using the multiple linear regression and binomial formula fitting, extraction process was optimized by response surface method.

RESULTS

The optimum extraction technology was as follows: extracted 3 times with 8-fold the amount of 60% ethanol for 60 minutes each time.

CONCLUSION

The optimized ethanol extracted technology is reasonable and can be applied for the large-scale production.

目的

优化糖王合剂中蒲黄的提取工艺。

方法

以提取率和异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮糖苷含量为评价指标,通过比较水提取工艺和醇提取工艺确定蒲黄的提取方式。在水提取工艺中,考察单次提取和混合提取的效果以及提取过程中蒲黄是否包裹。以乙醇浓度、溶剂量和提取时间为考察因素,采用多元线性回归和二项式拟合,通过响应面法优化提取工艺。

结果

最佳提取工艺如下:用8倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次60分钟。

结论

优化后的乙醇提取工艺合理,可用于大规模生产。
