We report our first three cases of endoscopic Nd-YAG laser therapy for oesophageal cancer. In one patient, dysphagia was abolished; in the other, it was improved but endoscopic intubation had to be performed 50 days later. Dysphagia was unchanged in the third patient due to extraluminal oesophageal compression. These preliminary results are encouraging.
我们报告了首例三例采用内镜下钕钇铝石榴石激光治疗食管癌的病例。其中一名患者吞咽困难消失；另一名患者吞咽困难有所改善，但50天后不得不进行内镜插管。第三名患者因食管腔外受压，吞咽困难无变化。这些初步结果令人鼓舞。
