Abstract
The obstructione malignant disease of hepatic ducts bifurcation with persistent jaundice have an unfavourable prognosis. 10 malignant obstruction of proximal bile duct were treated between 1. 5. 1986 and 1. 12. 1987. Surgimed radiopaque endoprosthesis was inserted by surgical way. The quality of life of the treated patients improved. The average survival was 9.7 months.

肝门部恶性梗阻性疾病伴持续性黄疸预后不良。1986年5月1日至1987年12月1日期间，对10例近端胆管恶性梗阻患者进行了治疗。通过手术方式植入了外科不透X线的内支架。治疗后患者的生活质量得到改善。平均生存期为9.7个月。
