Abstract
A high-pressure liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the assay of tegafur in small plasma samples of each mice using chlorouracil as the internal standard and reversed phase microparticle column. This method without any special separation and purification techniques is micro scale and simpler, more rapid and precise for the determination of tegafur in plasma of small animal than that desirable.

建立了一种高压液相色谱（HPLC）法，以氯尿嘧啶为内标，采用反相微粒柱，用于测定每只小鼠少量血浆样品中的替加氟。该方法无需任何特殊的分离和纯化技术，具有微量规模，与理想方法相比，用于测定小动物血浆中替加氟更简便、快速且准确。
