PURPOSE
To report the efficacy of sub-Tenon triamcinolone acetonide (TA) injections for chronic blepharokeratoconjunctivitis (BKC) in 2 patients who were intolerant to topical therapies.
METHODS
In this retrospective observational case series, the records of 2 patients with chronic BKC who received sub-Tenon TA injections were reviewed.
RESULTS
Both patients, a 4-year-old girl and a 21-year-old developmentally delayed man, were managed successfully with sub-Tenon TA injections. The treatment resulted in resolution of symptoms, diminished corneal haze, reduced conjunctival injection, and improved visual acuity without complications.
CONCLUSIONS
This case series illustrates the potential benefit of using sub-Tenon TA injections for chronic BKC in patients who are intolerant to topical corticosteroid therapy. Therefore, sub-Tenon TA injections may be considered for patients with vision-threatening BKC and nonadherence to topical therapies.

报告 2 例对局部皮质类固醇治疗不耐受的慢性睑缘角结膜炎（BKC）患者接受经Tenon 下曲安奈德（TA）注射治疗的疗效。
方法
在这项回顾性观察性病例系列研究中，对 2 例接受经Tenon 下 TA 注射治疗的慢性 BKC 患者的记录进行了回顾。
结果
2 例患者，1 例为 4 岁女孩，1 例为发育迟缓的 21 岁男性，均成功接受经Tenon 下 TA 注射治疗。治疗后症状缓解，角膜混浊减轻，结膜充血减少，视力提高，无并发症。
结论
本病例系列表明，对局部皮质类固醇治疗不耐受的慢性 BKC 患者，经Tenon 下 TA 注射治疗可能有益。因此，对于有威胁视力的 BKC 且不依从局部治疗的患者，可考虑经Tenon 下 TA 注射治疗。
