A polysaccharide--Chai-III-5311 had been isolated from hot water extract of Radix Bupleuri through ultrafiltration and dialysis. Chai-III-5311 was homogeneous with an average molecular weight of about 8000. Acid hydrolysis has proved that Chai-III-5311 is composed of galacturonic acid, galactose, glucose, arabinose, xylose, ribose, rhamnose and an unknown component.
一种多糖——柴胡-III-5311已通过超滤和透析从柴胡的热水提取物中分离出来。柴胡-III-5311具有均一性,平均分子量约为8000。酸水解证明柴胡-III-5311由半乳糖醛酸、半乳糖、葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、核糖、鼠李糖和一种未知成分组成。
