An outbreak of HNANB [E] occurred in shufu county with an incidence rate of 2.97%, a fatality rate of 0.87% and a peak in November 1986. There was no difference in incidence between men and women. In young and middle age group the incidence rate was higher. Epidemiological analysis indicates that contact in daily life was one of the main routes of transmission.
疏附县发生了戊型肝炎病毒（HNANB [E]）暴发，发病率为2.97%，病死率为0.87%，1986年11月达到高峰。男女发病率无差异。中青年组发病率较高。流行病学分析表明，日常生活中的接触是主要传播途径之一。
