Abstract
BACKGROUND
Hypothyroidism is the most common endocrine disease that was seen in the clinical practice especially for family physicians.
METHODS
This review article covered the important practical clinical issues for managing overt hypothyroidism, subclinical hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
CONCLUSIONS
The clinical issues were addressed by clinical scenario followed by questions and stressed on the important clinical points.

背景
甲状腺功能减退症是临床实践中最常见的内分泌疾病，尤其是对家庭医生而言。
方法
这篇综述文章涵盖了治疗显性甲状腺功能减退症、亚临床甲状腺功能减退症及妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症的重要临床实际问题。
结论
通过临床病例阐述临床问题，随后提出问题并强调重要的临床要点。
