Three women with a photoallergic dermatitis precipitated by benzydamine are reported. In one patient the cause of the photosensitization was a cream containing benzydamine (Tantum cream), whereas in the other two the reaction occurred after oral administration (Tantum drops). In all three cases the photosensitization was confirmed by a photopatch test that was positive for the active ingredient benzydamine.
报告了3例因苄达明引发光变应性皮炎的女性病例。其中1例患者光敏反应的病因是含苄达明的乳膏（坦通乳膏），而另外2例患者的反应发生在口服（坦通滴剂）之后。在所有3例病例中，通过对活性成分苄达明呈阳性的光斑贴试验证实了光敏反应。
