The fully assigned 1H and 13C-NMR spectra of four group A oligosaccharides by use of multiple-relayed, coherence-transfer chemical-shift-correlated spectroscopy (multiple-RELAY-COSY) and 1H-/13C-correlation spectroscopy are reported. These analyses were performed on the following compounds: III-A; GalNAc alpha 1-3[Fuc alpha 1-2]Gal: VI-A; GalNAc alpha 1-3[Fuc alpha 1-2]Gal beta 1-3[Fuc alpha 1-4]GlcNAc beta 1-3Gal: VII-A-1; GalNAc alpha 1-3[Fuc alpha 1-2]Gal beta 1-3[Fuc alpha 1-4]GlcNAc beta 1-3Gal beta 1-1Glycerol: VII-A-2; GalNAc alpha 1-3[Fuc alpha 1-2]Gal beta 1-3[Fuc alpha 1-4]GlcNAc beta 1-3Gal beta 1-4Glc.
