Abstract

Cystadenocarcinoma of the pancreas is uncommon, but should be positively identified and distinguished from other cystic lesions of the pancreas because of its good surgical prognosis in comparison with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. I report two cases of cystadenocarcinoma of the head of the pancreas, in which a previously undescribed abnormal appearance of the duodenal papilla was characteristic.

胰腺囊腺癌并不常见，但因其与胰腺腺癌相比手术预后较好，所以应明确诊断并与胰腺其他囊性病变相鉴别。我报告两例胰头囊腺癌，其十二指肠乳头出现了一种此前未描述过的异常表现，这是其特征所在。
