The term thyroiditis comprises a group of thyroid diseases characterized by the presence of inflammation, including autoimmune and non-autoimmune entities. It may manifest as an acute illness with severe thyroid pain (subacute thyroiditis and infectious thyroiditis), and conditions in which the inflammation is not clinically evident evolving without pain and presenting primarily thyroid dysfunction and/or goiter (drug-induced thyroiditis and Riedel thyroiditis). The aim of this review is to provide an updated approach on non-autoimmune thyroiditis and its clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects.
甲状腺炎这一术语涵盖了一组以炎症为特征的甲状腺疾病，包括自身免疫性和非自身免疫性疾病。它可能表现为伴有严重甲状腺疼痛的急性疾病（亚急性甲状腺炎和感染性甲状腺炎），以及炎症在临床上不明显、无痛发展且主要表现为甲状腺功能障碍和/或甲状腺肿的疾病（药物性甲状腺炎和Riedel甲状腺炎）。本综述的目的是提供关于非自身免疫性甲状腺炎及其临床、诊断和治疗方面的最新方法。
