Abstract

A patient with stable chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia was treated with 8-methoxypsoralen photochemotherapy (PUVA) for erythrodermic psoriasis. After 4 months, transformation to acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) occurred. We would suggest caution when considering PUVA therapy in patients with pre-leukaemic disorders.

一名患有稳定期慢性粒单核细胞白血病的患者接受了8-甲氧基补骨脂素光化学疗法（PUVA）治疗红皮病型银屑病。4个月后，发生了向急性髓系白血病（AML）的转化。我们建议在考虑对患有白血病前期疾病的患者进行PUVA治疗时要谨慎。
