The status of platelet aggregability, cyclic nucleotides and the thromboxane-prostacyclin system was examined in 40 patients with Functional Class II-III angina pectoris treated with perdipine, a calcium antagonist, and in 40 patients with Stage II hypertensive disease treated with tenolol, a beta-adrenoblocker. The therapy was found to modify the initially abnormal parameters of platelet-vessel hemostasis both in coronary heart disease and hypertension. When the initial parameters of platelet functional activity were normal, the treatment with perdipine and tenolol caused no noticeable changes.
对40例服用钙拮抗剂佩尔地平治疗的II-III级功能性心绞痛患者以及40例服用β-肾上腺素能阻滞剂阿替洛尔治疗的II期高血压病患者的血小板聚集性、环核苷酸以及血栓素-前列环素系统的状态进行了检查。结果发现,该治疗改变了冠心病和高血压患者最初异常的血小板-血管止血参数。当血小板功能活性的初始参数正常时,佩尔地平和阿替洛尔治疗未引起明显变化。
