Abstract
Based on the backcross progeny analysis of rats Rattus norvegicus matings (August X Brattleboro)F1 X Brattleboro, the gene di has been localized in the fourth linkage group at a distance of 26.8 +/- 1.7 cM from the non-agouti loci and 11.4 +/- 4.7 cM from the Svp-1 loci. The gene order proposed is a--Svp-1--di.

基于对大鼠（褐家鼠）回交后代的分析，即（奥古斯特×布拉德福德）F1与布拉德福德交配，基因di已定位在第四连锁群中，距非野鼠色基因座26.8±1.7厘摩，距Svp-1基因座11.4±4.7厘摩。提出的基因顺序为a--Svp-1--di。
