[Determination of most important clinico-immunologic indicators in differential diagnosis of sarcoidosis and histiocytosis X of the lungs].

The results of mathematical treatment of the clinical and immunological parameters are analysed in 17 patients with sarcoidosis and in 17 with pulmonary histiocytosis X. Function of separation and clinical and immunological parameters which are most essential for differential diagnosis have been determined by the separation plane method. This work allows one to improve differential diagnosis and establish correct diagnosis of these diseases without resorting to invasive methods of examination.
