Metastasis directly to the optic nerve head without choroidal involvement is rare. We report a case of metastatic adenocarcinoma of the optic nerve head and retina with vitreous seeds which was observed in a 45-year-old Japanese male. The primary site of the lesion was clinically the upper lobe of the left lung. Tumor emboli were observed in the central retinal vein. Vitreous seeds appeared to have arisen from a necrotic area and papillary projections of the tumor.
直接转移至视神经乳头而不累及脉络膜的情况较为罕见。我们报告一例45岁日本男性患者，其视神经乳头和视网膜发生转移性腺癌并伴有玻璃体播散。临床上，病变的原发部位为左肺上叶。在视网膜中央静脉中观察到肿瘤栓子。玻璃体播散似乎起源于肿瘤的坏死区域和乳头状突起。
