Arytenoid chondroma is an extremely rare benign cartilaginous tumor. We report a case of a patient with arytenoid chondroma initially mimicking laryngopharyngeal reflux. Clinicians should consider the possibility of the arytenoid chondroma in the differential diagnosis of patients with vocal cord palsy, or arytenoid swelling caused by laryngopharyngeal reflux.
杓状软骨瘤是一种极为罕见的良性软骨肿瘤。我们报告一例最初被误诊为喉咽反流的杓状软骨瘤患者。临床医生在对声带麻痹或喉咽反流引起的杓状软骨肿胀患者进行鉴别诊断时，应考虑杓状软骨瘤的可能性。
