Abstract

Hydatid cyst is a parasitic infestation that rarely affects the brain. A 14 year-old child with a large mass of intracranial hydatid cysts (122 x 110 x 98 mm), but no symptoms except for an intermittent headache for 2 months is presented. Triple cysts were removed after suitable craniotomy. The literature was reviewed and the case was compared with the published reports.

摘要

包虫囊肿是一种很少累及脑部的寄生虫感染。本文报告了一名14岁儿童，颅内有一个巨大的包虫囊肿（122×110×98毫米），除了持续2个月的间歇性头痛外没有其他症状。经适当开颅术后切除了三个囊肿。对文献进行了回顾，并将该病例与已发表的报告进行了比较。
