To investigate the chemical constituents of Rubus alceaefolius.
Nine compounds were isolated and purified from the petroleum ether extract of 95% alcohol extract of Rubus alceaefolius by repeated column chromatography on silica, Sephadex LH-20 and structurally identified by spectral analysis.
The compounds were identified as chrysophanol(1), physcion (2), β-sitosterol(3), 3-oxotirucalla-7, 24-dien-21-oic acid(4), myricadiol(5), 19-α-hydroxy-3-acetyl-ursolic acid(6), N-benzoylphenylalaninyl-N-benzoylphenylalaninate(7), aurantiamide acetate(8) and euscaphic acid(9).
Compounds land 4~8 are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 4 - 8 are found in plants of Rubus genus for the first time.

采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH - 20反复柱色谱法,从粗叶悬钩子95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取物中分离纯化得到9个化合物,并通过光谱分析对其结构进行鉴定。
鉴定出的化合物分别为大黄酚(1)、大黄素甲醚(2)、β - 谷甾醇(3)、3 - 氧代羽扇豆 - 7,24 - 二烯 - 21 - 酸(4)、杨梅二醇(5)、19 - α - 羟基 - 3 - 乙酰基熊果酸(6)、N - 苯甲酰苯丙氨酰 - N - 苯甲酰苯丙氨酸酯(7)、aurantiamide acetate(8)和野鸦椿酸(9)。
化合物1和48为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物48为首次在悬钩子属植物中发现。
