Abstract
Standard curves were prepared by plotting log gentamicin concentration against zone diameter using a conventional plate diffusion method. Results were obtained at varying concentrations of sodium chloride and at different pHs. Under optimum conditions the range in zone diameters was markedly increased, thus considerably improving the potential accuracy of the plate assay method.

使用传统的平板扩散法，通过绘制庆大霉素浓度对数与抑菌圈直径的关系来制备标准曲线。在不同浓度的氯化钠和不同pH值条件下获得结果。在最佳条件下，抑菌圈直径范围显著增加，从而大大提高了平板测定法的潜在准确性。
