We show our experience during four years, with a new technique used in the management of bilateral vocal cord paralysis. We expose clearly the surgical technique, and the obtained results. We have done 15 cordopexy techniques to 10 patients with bilateral vocal cord paralysis, from different etiology, being the thyroid gland surgery, the most frequent.
我们展示了我们在四年期间使用一种新技术治疗双侧声带麻痹的经验。我们清晰地阐述了手术技术及取得的结果。我们对10例不同病因的双侧声带麻痹患者进行了15次声带固定术，其中甲状腺手术是最常见的病因。
