FITC-Albumin was injected into the circulation for estimating transport possibilities of blood microvessels and then investigating its maintenance near vessel wall with the help of the photometry. Velocity of albumin entrance into the interstitium and its top concentration near the wall of consecutive links of venules (20-60 mm) raised. Our data show that it may be caused by enhancing vessel surface and increasing its permeability for this protein.
