To evaluate the therapeutic effects of bicyclol combined with ganciclocir on infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis.
Seventy infants with cytomegalovirus hepatitis were randomized into treatment group (n=35) and control group (n=35) for a 2-week-long treatment with ganciclocir (5 mg/kg) with and without oral bicyclol (3 mg/kg, twice daily), respectively.
In both groups, significant changes occurred in the levels of alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, serum total bilirubin, serum total bile acid, and glutamyl transpeptidase after the 2-week treatment (P<0.01); these parameters differed significantly between the two groups after the treatment (P<0.01). Compared with those in the control group, the infants in the treatment group showed significantly better responses to the treatment (P<0.05) with a significantly higher rate of serum anti CMV IgM negativity (P<0.05).
Bicyclol combined with ganciclocir can reduce glutamic pyruvic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase and serum total bilirubin, and decrease bile acid levels to lessen liver cell damage and promote the recovery of liver cells.
评估双环醇联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎的疗效。
将70例巨细胞病毒性肝炎婴儿随机分为治疗组(n = 35)和对照组(n = 35),分别接受为期2周的更昔洛韦(5 mg/kg)治疗,治疗组加用口服双环醇(3 mg/kg,每日2次),对照组不加用。
两组在2周治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、血清总胆红素、血清总胆汁酸和谷氨酰转肽酶水平均发生显著变化(P<0.01);治疗后两组这些参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,治疗组婴儿对治疗的反应明显更好(P<0.05),血清抗CMV IgM阴性率明显更高(P<0.05)。
双环醇联合更昔洛韦可降低谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和血清总胆红素水平,降低胆汁酸水平,减轻肝细胞损伤,促进肝细胞恢复。
