Abstract

The authors report a case of endogenous aspergillosis endophthalmitis. Ocular involvement was very important and not controlled by several vitrectomy and intra-vitreous Amphotericin B. Pathological examination revealed abscesses in the vitreous, choroid and retina. Diagnosis and treatment are discussed.

作者报告了一例内源性曲霉性眼内炎病例。眼部受累情况严重，多次玻璃体切除术和玻璃体内注射两性霉素B均无法控制病情。病理检查显示玻璃体、脉络膜和视网膜存在脓肿。文中对诊断和治疗进行了讨论。
