Hypertrophy and hyperplasia of islet tissue, established by morphometry, were proved in the pancreas of rats, treated chronically for a period of 2 months (with urbason-50 mg/kg of body mass). B-cells were granulated. Structures with myelin-like form of membranes were observed in some of them by electron microscope. Mixed islet B-acinar cells were established as well. These data were possibly a morphological expression of stimulating action of urbason on B-cells of Langerhans islets.
通过形态计量学证实，在连续2个月（以50毫克/千克体重的乌法泼尼松）长期治疗的大鼠胰腺中，胰岛组织出现了肥大和增生。B细胞呈颗粒状。在其中一些细胞中，通过电子显微镜观察到具有髓鞘样膜形式的结构。还发现了混合性胰岛B-腺泡细胞。这些数据可能是乌法泼尼松对朗格汉斯胰岛B细胞刺激作用的形态学表现。
