[Clinical aspects of atopic dermatitis].

Discusses the diagnostic criteria of atopic dermatitis. Basing on a review of modern literature, suggests the following diagnostic signs as the basic ones: a certain clinical picture and its age-specific features, the disease onset within the first months or years of life, polyvalency of the allergic reaction, concomitant respiratory allergies, a family history of allergies, a seasonal pattern of the disease course, immunologic shifts.
