[Current problems and the outlook for the development of chronopharmacology].

Modern chronopharmacology has two main directions: the study of biorhythms influences on drug action and, on the contrary, the estimation of pharmacological sensitivity of rhythmical processes. Different aspects of each direction are discussed. Among them more perspectives ones are the establishment of influences of pathological biorhythms on drug action, the estimation of pharmacological sensitivity of fluctuations with short (minute) period and the study of drug action on the function of central pacemakers (suprachiasmatic nuclei of the hypothalamus and pineal gland).
