The minimum inhibitory concentration values for a group of pyrimidine derivatives were determined for Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and yeast. The active compounds were further screened. The effect of these compounds on growth and morphology was tested, and their structural antimicrobial activity is discussed.
