The antimicrobial activity of the two novel coumarin derivatives, 3-cyanonaphthol[1,2-(e)]pyran-2-one and 3-cyanocoumarin was determined. The two novel coumarin derivatives showed specific activity against most gram-positive organisms and yeast with lower activity against most gram-negative bacteria. The MIC values of compounds showed that they are largely active against E. coli to a lesser extent against S. aureus and C. albicans.
测定了两种新型香豆素衍生物3-氰基萘酚[1,2-(e)]吡喃-2-酮和3-氰基香豆素的抗菌活性。这两种新型香豆素衍生物对大多数革兰氏阳性菌和酵母菌表现出特定活性,而对大多数革兰氏阴性菌活性较低。化合物的最低抑菌浓度值表明,它们对大肠杆菌有较大活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的活性较小。
