The content of antistaphylococcal antitoxins--antialphastaphylolysins was examined in the blood serum of three groups of blood donor volunteers. It is shown that volunteer blood donors immunized according to two schemes with prophylactic purposes may be a source of antistaphylococcal plasma. Additionally antistaphylococcal plasma may be obtained from non-immune donors showing high titers of antialphastaphylolysins revealed by the screening method.
检测了三组献血志愿者血清中抗葡萄球菌抗毒素——抗α-葡萄球菌溶血素的含量。结果表明，出于预防目的按照两种方案进行免疫的志愿献血者可能是抗葡萄球菌血浆的来源。此外，抗葡萄球菌血浆也可从通过筛查方法显示出高滴度抗α-葡萄球菌溶血素的非免疫献血者中获得。
