Abstract
Intrabiliary rupture of a hydatid cyst of the liver is a rare complication. It can give rise to jaundice due to cholangitis, and common bile duct obstruction caused by hydatid membranes and daughter cysts. A case of intrabiliary ruptured hydatid cyst presenting as abscess of the liver is reported with a brief review of relevant literature.

肝包虫囊肿的胆管内破裂是一种罕见的并发症。它可因胆管炎导致黄疸，并因包虫膜和子囊引起胆总管梗阻。本文报告了一例表现为肝脓肿的胆管内破裂肝包虫囊肿病例，并对相关文献进行简要回顾。
