Abstract

As a result of structural-dynamic psychopathological analysis of mental states in 42 patients with slow-progressive schizophrenia in which the hypochondriac signs prevaled, the secondary reactive personality neurotic disorders were revealed. These were developed as a response to pronounced psychic traumatizing impact of the schizophrenic neurose-like symptoms: vital fear of death, cranial and cardiac senestoalgias, somato-autonomic disorders in hypochondric raptus and raptoid states.

对42例以疑病症状为主的缓慢进行性精神分裂症患者的精神状态进行结构动力学心理病理学分析后，发现了继发性反应性人格神经症障碍。这些障碍是对精神分裂症类神经症症状明显的精神创伤性影响的反应：对死亡的极度恐惧、头颅和心脏的衰老性疼痛、疑病性谵妄和类谵妄状态下的躯体自主神经紊乱。
