Three 2'-aminochalcone derivatives ()-1-(2-aminophenyl)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one, ()-1-(2-aminophenyl)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one, and ()-1-(2-amino-4,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one, have been synthesized, characterized, and tested in vitro in order to assess their antioxidant activity. All compounds were characterized on the basis of H NMR, C NMR, ESI-mass spectrometry, FT-IR, UV/Vis, and elemental analysis. The X-ray crystal structures of ()-1-(2-aminophenyl)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one and ()-1-(2-amino-4,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one were successfully determined showing a planar molecule geometry. Studies on the biological properties including test of free radical scavenging ability (DPPH test) and superoxide dismutase mimetic activity were performed. The results indicate that the aminochalcone carrying two hydroxyl functionalities in adjacent and position exhibits a stronger antioxidant activity than the other derivatives.
已合成、表征并进行体外测试了三种2'-氨基查尔酮衍生物()-1-(2-氨基苯基)-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙-2-烯-1-酮、()-1-(2-氨基苯基)-3-(3,4-二羟基苯基)丙-2-烯-1-酮和()-1-(2-氨基-4,5-二甲氧基苯基)-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙-2-烯-1-酮,以评估它们的抗氧化活性。所有化合物均通过¹H NMR、¹³C NMR、电喷雾电离质谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外/可见光谱和元素分析进行了表征。成功测定了()-1-(2-氨基苯基)-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙-2-烯-1-酮和()-1-(2-氨基-4,5-二甲氧基苯基)-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙-2-烯-1-酮的X射线晶体结构,显示出平面分子几何形状。进行了包括自由基清除能力测试(DPPH测试)和超氧化物歧化酶模拟活性在内的生物学性质研究。结果表明,在相邻的 和 位置带有两个羟基官能团的氨基查尔酮比其他衍生物表现出更强的抗氧化活性。
