A total of 17 thyroid cancer patients with various degrees of local tumor spreading were investigated in gamma chambers OH-110 (USA) and MB-9100 (Hungary). Dynamic esophageal scintigraphy was performed in all the patients (with liquid and solid radioactive boluses). Marked esophageal motor dysfunction was revealed in qualitative assessment of scintigrams. Computerized assessment of esophagograms showed early signs of dysphagia.
共有17例不同程度局部肿瘤扩散的甲状腺癌患者在美国的OH - 110型和匈牙利的MB - 9100型γ室内接受了调查。所有患者均进行了动态食管闪烁扫描（使用液体和固体放射性团注）。在闪烁图的定性评估中发现明显的食管运动功能障碍。食管造影的计算机评估显示出吞咽困难的早期迹象。
