Immunoregulatory T-lymphocytes (T mu- and T gamma-lymphocytes) and circulating immune complexes were studied in inoperable patients with the stomach carcinoma of stages III-IV. It is established that the absolute number of T-lymphocytes, mainly of T-helpers/inductors increases after the administration of indomethacin and 5-fluorouracil with indomethacin. The T mu/T gamma-lymphocyte ratio increases and approaches the control values. The level of the circulating immune complexes tends to be normalized. The main effect of indomethacin is determined by the effect of T-lymphocytes on immunoregulatory subpopulations.
对Ⅲ - Ⅳ期无法手术的胃癌患者的免疫调节性T淋巴细胞(Tμ和Tγ淋巴细胞)及循环免疫复合物进行了研究。已证实,在给予吲哚美辛和含吲哚美辛的5 - 氟尿嘧啶后,T淋巴细胞的绝对数量增加,主要是T辅助/诱导细胞。Tμ/Tγ淋巴细胞比值升高并接近对照值。循环免疫复合物水平趋于正常化。吲哚美辛的主要作用取决于T淋巴细胞对免疫调节亚群的作用。
