The functional state of the macula was examined by means of a photostress test in 46 patients with chronic alcoholism of stages, I, II and III before and after voluntary treatment in the hospital. The examination showed changes in the macular area in all patients irrespective of the stage. The reversible character of these changes after treatment was recorded only in one patient of the stage I.
通过光应激试验对46例I、II、III期慢性酒精中毒患者在住院自愿治疗前后的黄斑功能状态进行了检查。检查发现，所有患者无论处于何阶段，黄斑区域均有变化。仅I期的1例患者记录到治疗后这些变化具有可逆性。
