Abstract

Electromembrane extraction technique combined with microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometric detection was proposed for the preconcentration-determination of mercury in water and fish samples. The optimized conditions for preconcentration step were: the applied potential 70V, bis(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate as the extractant in 1-octanol 2% v/v, extraction time 10min, stirring rate 700rpm, acceptor and donor solutions pH 3 and 7, respectively. The linear range was found to be 2.3-950.0μgL and 40-9500μgkg in water and fish samples, with corresponding detection limits of 0.7μgL and 12μgkg, respectively. The method showed satisfactory repeatability and reproducibility (CV<6%). Methodological validation was performed by using cold vapor atomic absorption spectroscopy. The proposed method provided a rapid, sensitive and accurate method which is applicable for routine analysis of total mercury contents in water and fish samples.

提出了一种将电膜萃取技术与微量紫外可见分光光度检测相结合的方法,用于水和鱼类样品中汞的预富集测定。预富集步骤的优化条件为:施加电位70V,以磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯为萃取剂,在体积分数为2%(v/v)的正辛醇中,萃取时间10min,搅拌速率700rpm,接受相和供体溶液的pH值分别为3和7。在水和鱼类样品中,线性范围分别为2.3 - 950.0μg/L和40 - 9500μg/kg,相应的检测限分别为0.7μg/L和12μg/kg。该方法具有令人满意的重复性和再现性(CV<6%)。采用冷蒸气原子吸收光谱法进行了方法学验证。所提出的方法提供了一种快速、灵敏且准确的方法,适用于水和鱼类样品中总汞含量的常规分析。
