The extraction/hydrolysis process of arabinoxylans from destarched wheat bran was studied in this work using different mesoporous silica supports and the corresponding RuCl-based catalysts. The effects of temperature, time, catalyst supports and ruthenium catalysts were investigated and discussed in terms of the arabinoxylans extraction yield and their polymerization degree. Relatively high temperatures (180°C), short extraction times (10min) and RuCl supported on Al-MCM-48 led to a high amount of extracted arabinoxylans (78%) with a low molecular weight (9kDa). Finally, a relation between the operating conditions, the arabinoxylans extraction yield and the molecular weight was stablished based on the obtained results.
本工作使用不同的介孔硅载体和相应的钌基催化剂研究了去壳麦麸中阿拉伯木聚糖的提取/水解过程。根据阿拉伯木聚糖的提取率及其聚合度,考察并讨论了温度、时间、催化剂载体和钌催化剂的影响。相对较高的温度(180°C)、较短的提取时间(10min)和负载在 Al-MCM-48 上的 RuCl 导致提取的阿拉伯木聚糖量(78%)较高,分子量较低(9kDa)。最后,根据实验结果,建立了操作条件、阿拉伯木聚糖提取率和分子量之间的关系。
