[Demonstration of the isoenzymes of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase using cellulose acetate strip electrophoresis].

Simple and sensitive methods for electrophoretic separation of diagnostic useful CK- and LDH-isoenzymes on cellulose acetate strips are described. The CK-bands were visualized with a commercial CK reagent using the fluorescence of NADPH as an indicator. The optimized reagents for LDH-isoenzymes detection contain a tetrazolium salt for staining the bands. Quantitative scanning of pherograms is possible.
