Solitary fibrous tumours are rare. In the literature, about 900 cases are documented worldwide, with most tumours located in the thoracic cavity. Penile occurrence is not described in the literature. Space-occupying lesions of the penis are generally very rare. Nevertheless, these rarities must be kept in mind so that patients can be offered the best possible treatment.
