Abstract
Clinical course, diagnosis and treatment of 14 cases of perianal skin carcinoma are discussed. Perianal skin cancer is a rare disease with a specific clinical course. Radiotherapy is the treatment of choice. A combination of irradiation and microwave hyperthermia proved to be the best therapeutic option. All patients who had received proper treatment survived 5 years.

本文讨论了14例肛周皮肤癌的临床病程、诊断及治疗。肛周皮肤癌是一种临床病程特殊的罕见疾病。放射治疗是首选治疗方法。事实证明，放疗与微波热疗相结合是最佳治疗选择。所有接受恰当治疗的患者均存活了5年。
